Which file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, TIFF, and JPEG files. PDF is preferred for the best results.

Do you scan copyrighted materials or artwork?

No. We respect copyright laws and cannot scan protected materials without permission. We also do not scan high-value artwork. Our machines are designed for technical drawings and maps.

How do I prepare my documents for scanning?

Please ensure documents are flat and smooth. We cannot scan materials with staples, sharp edges, raised ink, charcoal, or stick-on paper as these may damage our equipment.
